5.3 Import Feature

When you use the “Import to Rexnote” function, you are responsible for reviewing the imported data. Rexnote does not guarantee continued synchronization or accuracy once imported into your account.

5.4 No Liability for Outputs

Rexnote is not liable for any errors, discrepancies, or financial consequences resulting from reliance on calculator outputs or schedules.

5.5 Updates

We may revise calculation logic, formulas, or display features at any time. Updates are effective immediately, and continued use of the calculator constitutes acceptance of these changes.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure your agreements comply with applicable laws, including usury and disclosure rules.
  • Resolve any disputes directly with other parties; Rexnote is not a party to your contracts.

  • Service Availability: The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Ownership of Data & Content

  • You retain ownership of data you input.
  • You grant Rexnote a non-exclusive license to process and store data solely to provide the service.
  • Rexnote's trademarks, logos, and software remain our intellectual property.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use Rexnote to facilitate unlawful or unenforceable loans.
  • Interfere with, disable, or bypass security features.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misappropriate Rexnote services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Rexnote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss, missed payments, or disputes.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rexnote for services in the past 12 months (if any).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexnote, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform, including disputes with borrowers, lenders, or third parties.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
